Service Description
Yin Yoga is a slow and mindful practice that is accessible to every body. In a lighthearted atmosphere, we’ll hold the poses for 3-8 minutes, with the goal of increasing flexibility, of our musculature and the underlying fascia that shortens and stiffens with age and misuse. By holding the postures for an extended period of time, we release long-held tension, gain flexibility and come away with a feeling of lightness and wellbeing. The benefits of Yin Yoga include activating the body’s parasympathetic nervous system, the “mend and befriend” state of being that allows the body to rest, digest and heal. No experience necessary.
Cancellation Policy
Classes are non-refundable unless you cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to the start of class. If you cancel within 24 hours because of injury or illness, you will be issued a class credit. If you do not cancel and do not attend you will be charged in full. Private sessions are non-refundable unless you cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to the start of the scheduled session. If you cancel within 24 hours because of injury or illness, you will be issued a class credit. If you do not cancel and do not attend, you will be charged in full. Workshops are non-refundable unless you cancel your reservation one-week prior to the start of the workshop. If you cancel within 24 hours because of illness, you will be issued a credit in the full amount of the workshop. If you do not cancel and do not attend you will be charged in full.
