Service Description

Through a combination of breath work (pranayama), fully-supported restorative poses and sitting meditation, Yoga and Meditation for Deep Relaxation offers a weekly practice specifically designed to release muscle tension, slow the breath, lower the heart rate and bring you to a state of tranquility. Each class offers you a carefully sequenced practice to activate the body’s parasympathetic relaxation response. Among other benefits, this practice can help to reduce stress, quiet the mind and improve sleep. No experience necessary.


Cancellation Policy

Classes are non-refundable unless you cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to the start of class. If you cancel within 24 hours because of injury or illness, you will be issued a class credit. If you do not cancel and do not attend you will be charged in full. ​ Private sessions are non-refundable unless you cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to the start of the scheduled session. If you cancel within 24 hours because of injury or illness, you will be issued a class credit. If you do not cancel and do not attend, you will be charged in full. Workshops are non-refundable unless you cancel your reservation one-week prior to the start of the workshop. If you cancel within 24 hours because of illness, you will be issued a credit in the full amount of the workshop. If you do not cancel and do not attend you will be charged in full.
