She earned her credentials from esteemed American yoga pioneers, Rodney Yee, Colleen Saidman Yee and Cyndi Lee, among others. Additionally, Rebecca’s extensive practice in the Iyengar tradition has indelibly shaped her teaching. Level 1 Comprehensive Pilates certification came in 2010, following a practice that began in Vancouver in 1988. More recently, Rebecca completed Levels 1-3 with Little Flower Yoga (Teaching Yoga and Mindfulness to Children and Teens) and is currently in residency at Brown School in Schenectady, working with students aged 3-13. She lives in West Fulton, NY with her husband, teenager and dog.
