Mini Course

Combining Pilates mat exercises with Yoga asanas, this 6-week program will progressively build strength in the abs, hips, back muscles, and pelvic floor.

 

Core conditioning is vital for:

  • Increasing stability in the joints

  • Improving balance

  • Preventing injuries

  • Refining posture
     

No experience necessary.
