Service Description
Good balance requires both core strength and proper alignment. In this 8-week mini-course we explore yoga poses, as well as Pilates mat exercises, that strengthen core muscles and build stability around the ankle, knee, hip and shoulder joints, while working to increase awareness of our structural alignment—all as we practice balancing asanas!

Cancellation Policy
Classes are non-refundable unless you cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to the start of class. If you cancel within 24 hours because of injury or illness, you will be issued a class credit. If you do not cancel and do not attend you will be charged in full. Private sessions are non-refundable unless you cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to the start of the scheduled session. If you cancel within 24 hours because of injury or illness, you will be issued a class credit. If you do not cancel and do not attend, you will be charged in full. Workshops are non-refundable unless you cancel your reservation one-week prior to the start of the workshop. If you cancel within 24 hours because of illness, you will be issued a credit in the full amount of the workshop. If you do not cancel and do not attend you will be charged in full.
