Service Description

Combining Pilates mat exercises with Yoga asanas, this 8-week program will progressively build strength in the abs, hips, back muscles, and pelvic floor. Core conditioning is vital for: - Increasing stability in the joints - Improving balance - Preventing injuries - Refining posture April 15th-June 3 Tuesdays, 4:30-5:45 pm

Cancellation Policy

Classes are non-refundable unless you cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to the start of class. If you cancel within 24 hours because of injury or illness, you will be issued a class credit. If you do not cancel and do not attend you will be charged in full. ​ Private sessions are non-refundable unless you cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to the start of the scheduled session. If you cancel within 24 hours because of injury or illness, you will be issued a class credit. If you do not cancel and do not attend, you will be charged in full. Workshops are non-refundable unless you cancel your reservation one-week prior to the start of the workshop. If you cancel within 24 hours because of illness, you will be issued a credit in the full amount of the workshop. If you do not cancel and do not attend you will be charged in full.
