Service Description
This workshop will lead you through a practice to progressively mobilize the hips, lengthen and strengthen where many of us are chronically tight, including muscles of the back and side body, thigh muscles, glutes, piraformis and hip flexors. We’ll also focus on strengthening the core, which is vital for pelvic alignment.

Classes are non-refundable unless you cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to the start of class. If you cancel within 24 hours because of injury or illness, you will be issued a class credit. If you do not cancel and do not attend you will be charged in full. Private sessions are non-refundable unless you cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to the start of the scheduled session. If you cancel within 24 hours because of injury or illness, you will be issued a class credit. If you do not cancel and do not attend, you will be charged in full. Workshops are non-refundable unless you cancel your reservation one-week prior to the start of the workshop. If you cancel within 24 hours because of illness, you will be issued a credit in the full amount of the workshop. If you do not cancel and do not attend you will be charged in full.
