Service Description
Organized around a different theme each week (eg, back bending, forward bending, twists, core strength, balance, etc.) this class takes you deep into a practice of creating length and building strength in the body. Adjustments and props are used to assist people at varying levels of practice. Some previous yoga experience recommended. All ages are welcome. Those under 18 will need a parent/guardian waiver. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of class time and bring a mat. (We do have a few to lend if your forget). Also, bring your own water; ours is not yet potable and hydration is crucial!

Cancellation Policy
Classes are non-refundable unless you cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to the start of class. If you cancel within 24 hours because of injury or illness, you will be issued a class credit. If you do not cancel and do not attend you will be charged in full. Private sessions are non-refundable unless you cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to the start of the scheduled session. If you cancel within 24 hours because of injury or illness, you will be issued a class credit. If you do not cancel and do not attend, you will be charged in full. Workshops are non-refundable unless you cancel your reservation one-week prior to the start of the workshop. If you cancel within 24 hours because of illness, you will be issued a credit in the full amount of the workshop. If you do not cancel and do not attend you will be charged in full.
